The Sanlitun SOHO project is
located to the south of Gongti North Road
and to the west of South Sanlitun Road
in the Chaoyang District of Beijing,
which is Beijing's most mature retail district.
The project occupies a land area of
51,245 square meters,
and has a planned construction area of
315,680 square meters aboveground and
150,000 square meters underground.
The lower levels (floors 1 to 4 and parts of 5),
as well as B1, will be used for retail.
The higher levels (floors 5 and above)
will be used for office and residential.
On B2-B4 will be located parking,
equipment blocks, and superintendent offices.
